Shipping PolicyElectronicsupplyspecialist.com ships all orders in the United States and Canada via UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air with the exception of larger supply, package and equipment orders which ship via freight truck line. Every product we ship is packaged according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help with this process.
Our products usually ship out in one business day. Cut off time for same day shipments is 5:00pm EST. If your product takes longer than 2-3 business days to ship, we will notify you via email. Sometimes if a partial order is shipped separately or back ordered it will be noted on your invoice on the receipt of your first package.
As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the shipping tracking number. You can also track your order through order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or the phone.
CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDER

Return PolicyElectronicsupplyspecialist.com offers a 30 day limited return policy. This return policy applies to all of our products and equipment unless otherwise specified.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact Electronic Supply Specialist or the shipping company to open a claim and receive a replacement product. Please call us at 866-917-7737 or fax us at 866-917-6625 so we can assist you in a timely manner.
Restrictions:
Returns are only accepted if a product has not been used, unless prior authorization has been obtained
A customer must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving a product if they desire to return it for a full refund
A customer service representative will issue you a return authorization code
Once a return is noted, Electronic Supply Specialist must receive the return within two weeks
If a return is not received within two weeks, additional restocking fees may apply
Electronicsupplyspecialist.com will refund the full amount of the product less restocking fees but NOT the cost of shipping
We will also not pay for return shipping
Restocking Fees:
We may elect to take a 5% restocking fee for new orders due to processing, receiving, and credit card fees we charge. .
If the merchandise has been used, we will accept and authorize a return upon inspection. Depending on the condition of your equipment, you may incur a maximum of up to a 30% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs and we will not refund your original shipping costs.

If the product has a malfunction, does not work properly, or the customer has an issue with the condition of the product, we will need to see physical proof of the issue via pictures emailed in electronic format. This would allow us to review to the best of our ability the problem and allow us to help you in the most efficient and effective way. If your product is defective, we will replace it and send you a product that is in good working order. Our goal is to take care of our customers 100% and to be sure that our customers have 100% satisfaction with our company, products and services.

If you have ordered a product and have started using it only to find out that it isn't for you, what do you do?
First, please contact us with any questions or view the research/forum section of our site before making any purchases. Also be sure to let us know the condition of the product. There is a possibility that we might decide to do a partial refund of your equipment but not your used products. This is dealt with on a case by case basis.
Another option for you is Ebay or Craigslist. Consumer electronic products and equipment (especially packages) sell great on Ebay. If you are unable to return your purchase, we recommend utilizing either eBay or Craigslist. By selling on these sites, you can get over fair market value for your product, and you will not be charged a restocking fee. Whom ever buys it from you will pay shipping costs. If you need help doing this, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
